Mysteriously Reassuring
I had been feeling lost and my wife sent this to me.. it's been years I've suffered this way and hopeless once again, so I decided to lend a hand with you guys and continue to practice and help out. I mean what are we flipping doing anyways? We've got a date with The Apocalypse and a Planet that's cooked. So I say I'm giving my energy to you guys! Seeking a friend for the end of the World? I'm your Huckleberry! Let's make better in understanding ourselves since the rest of humanity can't get it together. Maybe we're all just stuck and the theory is, this is our road. It was presented before me and I'm gonna take it. I'll be a better human being because of it! And so will you!
Journaling with feedback
I hear over and over that journaling is helpful for understanding feelings but I could never stick with writing in a journal consistently. This app makes journaling so much easier and the AI feedback helps me dig deeper into my thoughts. It's like having a conversation with a really insightful friend who actually remembers everything you've told them.
Wow!
I downloaded this app yesterday and I am blown away. The AI companion is incredibly intuitive and the guided exercises are exactly what I needed. I've tried many mental health apps before but none of them felt this personalized and engaging. I'm excited to continue this journey.
Could be 5 stars with a few tweaks
I've really enjoyed many aspects of this app. I'm learning about myself and about behaviors. I like the tests, the music, the check ins, and especially checking off small tasks in my to do list. However, through a lot of the educational aspects, the examples used are more often work-related. Adding some more inclusive examples could go a long way. I have a paid version for 12 weeks and I'm hoping to see more relatable examples as I progress forward with the lessons.
Im ready to begin the change
All i have seen are these Liven videos all over social media. And every single video explains me to a T! EVERY SINGLE ONE! Im ready for that to change and I am hoping Liven gets me there!
Great tool
I love the AI talking companion. It offered me wonderful suggestions for dealing with an issue I had come up recently. I just created my account today, so this was so helpful.

I am really impressed with the customer service. I unknowingly signed up for the subscription and I never used it, but I was able to get my money back. What a great feeling!

Everyone has something they need to work on. The self-discovery tools in this app are really well designed and help you understand patterns in your behavior that you might not notice on your own.
Support
Reading about coping mechanisms and using the chat feature in Liven have been helpful to me. I've battled pretty severe depression and anxiety, and I've been in some very dark places. These thought provoking features have helped me find new ways to look at frustrating situations. I've felt more understood and more aware of my spiraling tendencies as well as what could help in those tough situations. I've enjoyed reflecting on my thoughts and feelings because I've never really taken the time to do that before.
Excited for this journey!
I'm just starting out, but this one feels different. I found it through a long post on facebook that resonated deeply and was not a standard add for an app, which was also intriguing. I love the structure and research-based methodology using CBT combined with the level of personalization. The AI conversations feel natural and the exercises are thoughtful. I can already tell this is going to be a meaningful part of my self-improvement journey.
Guided self help
This app has been a great guided self-help tool. The courses are well structured and the daily check-ins keep me accountable. The AI assistant provides really insightful responses and remembers our previous conversations. I feel like I'm making real progress in understanding my anxiety triggers.
