Tania is a mental health writer guided by curiosity, compassion, and a lifelong love of learning.
With a background in the humanities, she believes that knowledge is power, especially when it helps people better understand their inner worlds.
Her writing explores mental health, trauma, therapy, and the everyday practices that support emotional resilience. Much of her work is informed by lived experience: over nearly three years of personal CBT therapy, Tania has developed a practical understanding of cognitive-behavioral tools, which she continues to explore through journaling, reflection, and mindful time in nature.
Before focusing fully on mental health writing, Tania worked with tech companies specializing in mental healthcare technology, proptech, and CRM systems. She also brings several years of experience in academic and research-based writing, allowing her to engage critically with studies and translate evidence-informed ideas into clear, accessible language.
When she isn’t writing, she’s often baking, reading about mental health, listening to psychology podcasts by licensed therapists, or wandering through the woods with a cup of homemade coffee.
Tania is committed to writing about mental health in an ethical, evidence-informed manner that engages readers with honesty, warmth, and respect.
