- You can start the search from your account page or the central website page by entering your ZIP code and insurance information. While insurance is optional, adding it from the get-go will already filter out professionals who don’t accept your provider.
- After providing this information, you’ll be sent to the next preview page.

- Then, you give details about your gender and ethnic preferences for a therapist.
