Taisiia is a mental health writer and content manager who believes the right words can genuinely change how people see themselves and the world around them.
With a sociology background and 10+ years in mental health writing, Taisiia brings both academic grounding and genuine human empathy to everything she creates. She believes mental health is never just personal - it's always shaped by the systems, communities, and relationships around us.
Her writing is informed by 5+ years of personal therapy, including gestalt therapy and CBT. That lived experience gives her a real understanding of what doing the inner work actually feels like. She also stays curious through psychology books and podcasts by licensed therapists, because learning never really stops.
Outside of writing, Taisiia has practiced yoga for 4+ years, believing firmly that movement is life. And when she's not on the mat, she's traveling: 40+ countries in and counting, always chasing new cultures and the perspectives that come with them.
