My Affirmation Cards Deck

Many affirmation decks hand you the words and ask you to repeat them until they stick. Miss the feeling behind the line, and it becomes one more thing that doesn't quite land. This free template works the other way around. You start with how you feel, name it plainly, and write a line you can stand behind today. With these affirmation cards, you own the narrative.
What Makes These Affirmation Cards Different
They start with an important question we tend to forget asking ourselves: "What's true for me right now?"
Here's what's inside:
- A simple three-step method (notice, name it, write what's true) for lines you believe
- 15 starter cards, grouped by how you feel, to keep or adapt in your own words
- Fill-in-the-blank prompts for writing your own cards from scratch
- A reflection space to notice which lines you reach for, and why
- Print and fillable PDF versions, so you can write by hand or type on screen
How to Use Them so They Fit Into Your Life
Start with how you feel, rather than with the most positive thing you can think of. Check in, give the feeling plain words, then write the truest steadying line you can stand behind today. "I'm exhausted" can become "I'm allowed to rest before I'm running on empty."
Keep the ones that ring true and let the rest go. A few cards you mean beat a full deck of borrowed lines. Come back and add more whenever something new feels true, and use the reflection space to notice what's shifting in how you talk to yourself.
If a line you wrote keeps catching on something you can't quite name, map out the patterns underneath and find a few small practices that fit into your day. You can start with a quick Liven test.
