Mariana S.

Mariana is a mental health writer with a long-standing curiosity about why people sometimes behave in ways that do not serve them.

Her interest in mental health grew from years of trying to understand her own thoughts, emotions, and patterns. That personal curiosity became a strong foundation for helping others make sense of their own experiences. Mariana studied Public Relations and Journalism and has 6+ years of writing experience.

She manages her own anxiety through journaling and somatic practices, which shape the way she writes about coping tools. Her goal is to make mental health information feel practical and approachable, so readers leave with something useful they can try in their daily lives.

Outside of writing, Mariana enjoys swimming, hiking, yoga, and planning her next trip. She has visited more than 20 countries, and travel remains one of the main ways she recharges, gains perspective, and finds new inspiration.
