Tara is a licensed mental health counselor with over 20 years of experience in the psychology and counseling field.

She currently maintains a private practice and carries an average caseload of 20 clients per week. Her clients typically seek support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns.

In her role, she provides individual and couple’s therapy while adhering to necessary policies and protocols, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with licensure laws and telehealth regulations in her state.

A former state-certified school counselor (PK–12), Tara has worked with individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and cultures navigating life’s challenges. Her primary goal as a counselor is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to make meaningful change.

Currently residing in the Northeast with her family and dogs, Tara enjoys the beauty of all four seasons. Outside of her professional life, she prioritizes self-care through reading, hiking, practicing yoga, or simply enjoying a quiet moment with a warm cup of coffee or tea.
